活性炭的微波净化与再生及其吸附性能研究 被引量:28

摘要 利用微波对市售活性炭进行净化与再生,通过对染料—酸性橙Ⅱ溶液的吸附来测试其吸附能力的变化.与传统热净化法对比,微波净化后活性炭的吸附能力强于传统法净化后的活性炭.微波对活性炭的再生效果良好,吸附/再生循环2次后活性炭的吸附能力保持不变;循环6次后活性炭的吸附量为初始吸附量的71%,而碳损耗率为6.6%.活性炭微波再生最佳条件为微波功率400 W、辐照时间3 min.实验表明,不论是活性炭的净化还是再生,使用微波均可大大缩短反应时间并降低能耗. Commercial activated carbon (AC) is purified and regenerated by microwave and tests on its adsorption capacity for Acid Orange 7 in aqueous solution were investigated in this study. The adsorption capacity of AC purified by microwave was higher than that of AC purified by conventional purification method. Microwave has a good effect on AC regeneration, and the capacity of AC adsorption after 2 adsorption/regeneration cycles was kept as the same as that of virgin AC. The capacity of AC adsorption decreased to 71%, and only 6.6% carbon amounts was lost after 6 adsorption / regeneration cycles. The best conditions of AC regeneration were microwave power 400 W and irradiation time 3 min in the work. It was proved that microwave shortened the reaction time and reduced energy consumption greatly for both purification and regeneration of AC.
