摘要
采用微波诱导氧化工艺(MIOP)处理模拟甲基橙废水,考察了催化剂用量、微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率及pH值对甲基橙脱色率的影响。结果表明:在微波功率900W、辐射时间5min、催化剂用量2g/L的条件下,处理20mg/L的甲基橙废水脱色率可达93.2%。同时动力学分析表明,该氧化过程符合一级动力学规律。
Methyl orange wastewater was treated by microwave induced oxidation (MIOP). The effect s of dosage, irradiation time, microwave power and pH on color removal efficiency were investigated. The results show that catalyst dosage 2 g/L, the color removal efficiency of methyl orange(20 mg/L) is 93.2% under the conditions of microwave power 900 W, irradiation time 5 min. The kinetics results show that the process of treatment accords with first-order reaction.
