摘要
本文以Hasan的体裁分析理论为框架,研究验证类口语语篇的构建机制和验证类英语口语的语言特点,以及语篇形成背后的社会文化等语境因素,使涉外警务工作人员更好地理解和讲出得体而又地道的英语来,减少因文化差异而带来的交际上的困难,更好地完成涉外管理任务。
Based on Hasan＇s discourse analysis theory, this paper first studies the generic potential structure of policing oral English discourse in examining certificates and its specific language features. Then the social and cultural factors for the formation of this kind of discourse are analyzed with an aim to enable the police dealing with foreign affairs to speak proper and appropriate language and to reduce communication barriers resulted from cultural differences.
