摘要
目的:观察深Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°烧伤混合创面削痂后应用自体皮移植治疗的效果。方法:对76例烧伤患者深Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°混合创面在3～5天内实施削痂手术,然后切取自体刃厚皮和大张中厚皮移植于其上。结果:3周内创面愈合率在98%以上。结论:对深Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°烧伤混合创面一并采取早期削痂植皮可以取得良好的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of auto-skin graft in treatment of the deep partial thickness and the full deep thickness burn mixed wounds after tangential excision.Method Tangential excision were performed in 76 burn patients with the deep partial thickness and the full deep thickness burn mixed wounds within 3～5 post-burn days,then thin auto-skin and the large pieces middle-thickness auto-skin were transplanted to the various area of wounds.Results The rate of healed wound was over 98% within 3 weeks.Conclusion Early tangential excision might be an ideal and effective method in the management of the deep partial thickness and the full deep thickness burn mixed wounds.
