摘要
揭示岷江百合的形态变异式样及变异规律,为引种驯化、杂交育种提供依据。按居群取样,用SAS软件统计,并做巢式方差分析。形态变异居群内具明显的多态性,居群间具多型性。经巢式方差分析,形态变异约有93.31%来源于居群内,约有6.69%来源于居群间。形态上的差异与植株的发育阶段密不可分,而且环境异质性、杂合有利性及染色体结构变异是造成其形态变异的重要因素。
Variation patterns and rule of morphology variation in Lilium regale Wilson was revealed to provide theoretical basis for introduction and domestication,and cross breeding.Different populations were sampled and made for statistics and nested analysis by SAS.There was obvious polymorphism on morphology of L. rega/e within populations and the polytypism among populations.According to nested analysis about 93.31 % of morphological variability existed within the populations and about 6.69% among the populations. The morphological difference was related closely with plant growth periods. The environmental heterogeneity,heterzygous advantage and chromosomal structural variation were important factors causing the morphological variation of polymorphism
