摘要
从形态学和细胞学2个方面对卷丹4个居群进行了调查研究,结果表明:吉林居群BH19和辽宁居群BH34的欧式距离最小,黑龙江居群BH126和吉林居群BH19的欧式距离最大;黑龙江居群BH126的核型公式为2n=36=3m+3sm(3SAT)+12st+18t,吉林居群BH19的核型公式为2n=36=6m(6SAT)+12st+18t,辽宁居群BH34的核型公式为2n=36=6m(6SAT)+15st+15t,湖北居群BH82核型公式为2n=36=6m(6SAT)+12st+18t;居群间变异稳定,与形态学分析一致。
In the paper the morphological and cytological characteristics of 4 populations of Lilium lancifolium T were studied. Tne results showed that the distance between Jilin population BH19 and Liaoning population BH34 was the shortest while the distance between Heilongjiang population BH126 and Jilin population BH19 was the longest.The karyotypical formulae of Heilongjiang population BH126 was 2n = 36 = 3m + 3sm(3SAT ) + 12st + 1St. The karyotypical formulae of Jilin population BH19 was 2n = 36 = 6m (6SAT) + 12st + 18t. Tne karyotypical formulae of Liaoning population BH34 was 2n = 36 =6m (6SAT) + 15st + 15t. The karyotyplcal formu .lae of Hubei population BH82 was 2n = 36 = 6m (6SAT) + 12st + 18t. The differentiation was equable among populations,which was consistem with morphological analysis.
