摘要
冶金桥式起重机的端梁经常出现开裂现象,开裂的主要原因是由于附加的侧向啃轨力。但是侧向啃轨力很难用检测的方法直接测量出来,这就造成对端梁开裂修复方案评价的困难。采用将现场检测与有限元分析技术相结合的方法有效地计算出侧向啃轨力的大小,并将其应用于修复方案的评估之中。
In recent years, cracks are often occurred on end girders of overhead traveling crane. In general, the cause of cracks is auxiliary lateral force. The lateral force is so hard to be measured by direct testing that it is difiqcult to evaluate the repairing scheme. In this paper, testing and Finite Element Analysis are combined to calculate lateral force accurately, and the result of lateral force is applied in evaluating repairing scheme.
