摘要
针对国内某钢厂脱硫塔平台在工作过程中存在直接影响其运行安全的振动现象,采用现场测试与有限元模态分析技术相结合的方法寻求引起振动的原因.通过对比测试结果与有限元模态结果,找到脱硫塔平台振动的原因,并提出加固方案,同时借助有限元模态分析对加固方案进行了分析、对比和确定.
In a certain steel making plant, serious vibration appeared on the platform of desulfurizing tower when desulfurizing unit running. This vibration affected safe running of desulfurizing tower seriously. In order to find the root causation of this vibration, field testing and normal mode analysis of FEA were used in this vibration researching works. After the field testing, results and normal mode analysis were compared carefully to find the root causation of this vibration. According to the root causation of this vibration I and the structure of this platform, several reinforcing projects were established. After the normal mode analysis results of each reinforcing project analyzed carefully, one reasonable reinforcing project was determined.
