摘要
【目的】评价达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS),改善患者体征和内分泌紊乱的有效性。【方法】分析PCOS患者经2个月达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗后临床体征(BMI、WHR)、内分泌状态(LH/FSH比值、睾酮、性激素结合球蛋白)、胰岛素敏感性(胰岛素抵抗指数HOMA-IR、曲线下面积比值AUCG/AUCI)、脂代谢(甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白)的变化。【结果】治疗后BMI、WHR、LH/FSH、T、SHBG、HOMA-IR、AUCG/AUCI、TG、LDL较用药前均有改善。其中BMI、WHR、LH/FSH、T、HOMA-IR、TG和LDL显著下降(P<0.05);SHBG、AUCG/AUCI比较用药前显著升高(P<0.05)。【结论】达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗2个月,可有效改善PCOS的临床体征、胰岛素敏感性和糖、脂代谢状况。
[ObjectivelTo study the effect of Diane35 in combination with metformin for two months in polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） patients. [Methods]The changes of parameters （BMI, WHR, LH/FSH, T, SHBG, HOMA-IR ,AUCG/AUCI, TG, LDL） after two-month treatment by Diane35 with metformin on 54 patients were analyzed. [ResultslBMI, WHR, LH/FSH, T, HOMA-IR, TG and LDL were significant decreased （ P 〈0.05）, furthermore SHBG, AUCG/AUCI were signifi.cant increased（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The patients with PCOS treated with Diane35 in combination with metformin can effectively improve their clinical syndromes, insulin sensitivity, glucose and lipid metabolism.
