摘要
１１例十二指肠瘘，根据病情分别采用瘘口缝合修补、空肠Ｒｏｕｘ＿ｙ吻合、带蒂空肠片修补、胃窦部切除胃空肠吻合、十二指肠减压、腹腔双套管负压引流及抗感染、支持治疗等取得满意效果。
A satisfactory result is obtained by giving 11 cases of duodenal fistula a comprehensive treatment including suture and repairment of fistulors opening, ROUX_Y anastomosis of jejunum, chip repairment of pediculated jejunum, anastomosis of jejunogastric anastomosis by removal of gastric antrum, decrease in duodenum pressure, drainage by double canula vaccum suction in the abdominal cavity, anti_infectious and supportive, etc.
