摘要
目的:观察电针对前列腺增生大鼠的前列腺指数、血清睾丸酮(T)、血清雌二醇(E2)、一氧化氮(NO)和前列腺酸性磷酸酶(PAP)的影响,为针刺治疗前列腺增生症提供实验参考。方法:选用Wistar成年大鼠30只。按随机分组法将大鼠均分为3组:正常组、模型组、电针组。前列腺间质增生造模后,电针组给予针刺三阴交、肾俞、关元、秩边穴,持续刺激20min,1次/d,9次为1疗程,共3个疗程,疗程间休息1d。模型组和正常组予以相同的抓取和固定。观察各组指标的变化。结果:电针组前列腺指数、血清T水平、血清E2水平、PAP活力均显著低于模型组(P<0.0l);电针组NO含量较模型组有明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:电针通过对内分泌系统和神经系统的调节,能抑制血清T、E2水平升高,降低前列腺组织的NO含量和PAP活力,减轻平滑肌的增生,抑制前列腺增生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on the prostatic index (PI), the content of testosterone(T) in blood, the content of estradiol(E2) in blood, the content of nitric oxide(NO) and prostaic acid phosphatase (PAP) of rats. Method:A total of 30 health male Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group and electroacupuncture group. After establishment of model,rats were applied to SP6, BL23, CV4, BL54acupoints, respectively.Rats were treated for 20min, once a day, 9 days as a course. Electroacupuncture group were treated for 3 courses. Result:The PI, the content of T and the content of E2 in electroacupuncture group decreased significantly, compared with model group (P〈0.01); the activity of PAP of prostates tissue in electroacupuncture group decreased significantly, compared with model group (P〈0.01); the concentration of NO in prostates tissue of electroacupuncture group increased significantly, compared with model group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Electmacupuncture therapy can decrease the content of T and E2 in rat's blood, alleviate the hyperplasia of prostate smooth muscles,and restrain prostates hyperplasia.
