摘要
目的 :对比针刺结合微波穴位照射与西药舍尼通治疗良性前列腺增生 (BPH)的结果 ,评价其疗效。方法 :将 82例良性前列腺增生 (BPH)患者随机分为治疗组 4 2例 (针刺结合微波穴位照射 )和对照组 4 0例 (西药舍尼通治疗 ) ,以治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分 (I PSS)、受困评分 (BS)、最大尿流率、前列腺容积和膀胱残余尿量为量化指标进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为 5 9 5 %和 10 0 0 % ,膀胱出口梗阻症状得到显著改善 ,I PSS、BS评分 ,最大尿流率、前列腺容积和膀胱残余尿量均有明显改善 ,疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with microwave radiation at acupoints on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Eighty two cases with BPH were randomly divided into a treatment group (42 cases) treated by acupuncture and microwave radiation and a control group (40 cases) treated by cerniton. The I PSS, BS, velocity of urine running off (Qmax), volume of the prostate (V), remaining urine after urinate (R) were investigated before and after treatment. Results In the treatment group, the cured rate and the total effective rate were 59 5% and 100 0%, respectively, and bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) were obviously relieved; I PSS, BS, R and V decreased, Qmax increased. The results of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with microwave radiation at acupoints is better than that of cerniton for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
