摘要
双歧杆菌在肠道中的生理功能已受到人们的高度关注,奶牛在养殖过程中,饲料、环境等条件会对肠道菌相产生直接影响,牛粪中检测双歧杆菌含量显得尤为重要。动物肠道中的微生物菌群较为复杂,检测中会发生许多干扰。寻找如何准确、快捷的检测方法是我们研究的课题,通过实验,认为在改良MRS培养基中添加一定量的X-Ga(l5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚-α-D-半乳糖)因菌落呈蓝色或有蓝色晕而使检测更准确而有效,此方法也可应用于食品中双岐杆菌的检测。
The physiological function of Bifidobacteria in intestines has aroused public concern. In the process of raising cows, the forage or the environment will have direct impact on intestinal microflora, which makes it extremely important to test the Bifidobacterium content in cow dung. Considering the complex microbial colony, there will emerge much interference in testing. Our research objective is to find a quick and correct test method. Our experiment shows that a certain amount of X-Gal (5- bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-α-D-galactopyranoside) can be added to the ameliorated MRS medium so that the microbial community becomes blue or bluish, which makes our test more precise and effective. This method proves to be also applicable to the test of Bifidobacteria in food products.
