摘要
鉴定了菜薹和乌塌菜在育性位点上的基因型,以期为菜薹和乌塌菜核基因雄性不育系的转育奠定基础。以白菜核不育系00S107为测交材料,对23个菜薹和乌塌菜可育品系育性位点基因型进行鉴定和基因频率测定。结果表明:显性恢复基因Msf的频率为89.13%,隐性可育基因ms的频率仅有10.87%,纯合显性恢复基因型MsfMsf占82.61%。
For transferring Brassica Campestris ssp. Chinensis var. Utilis and Brassica campestris ssp. Chinese cabbage GMS, the genotype of sterile site in them was needed to be tested. The target of it was to proof the applying range of multiple allele genetic inheritance hypothesis. The male sterile Chinese cabbage was used in the experiment as the test cross material in identifying genotypes of 23 male fertile lines.The results showed that the homozygous male restorer genotypes (Ms^fMs^f) accounted for 82.61%, The gene frequency of Ms^f was 89.13% and of ms was 10.87%.
