摘要
研究了乌塌菜不同品种、不同生育期、不同叶片、叶柄与叶片的Vc含量。结果表明:乌塌菜不同品种间叶片的Vc含量存在显著差异,但叶柄间的Vc含量差异不大;莲座期叶片的Vc含量均显著高于幼苗期叶片的Vc含量,莲座叶的Vc含量均明显高于心叶的Vc含量,叶片的Vc含量均显著高于叶柄的Vc含量。
Contents of vitamin C in Wutacai vegetable,including different varieties,different bearing periods,differernt positon laminas,petioles and lamnas were studied.The results showed that vitamin C contents of laminas in Wutacai vegetable were significant different among varieties,but there were no significant difference among petioles, vitamin C contents of lamina in rosette period were significantly higher than those of seeding period, vitamin C contents of rosette lamina were obviously higher than those of head lamina, and vitamin C contents of laminas were obviously higher than those of petioles.
