摘要
研究了硫酸+氨水体系中电解液组成、工艺条件等对电解铜粉粒度、槽电压等的影响。得出最佳电解工艺条件:硫酸50-80g/L,氨水93—136mL/L(氨水:硫酸=1.7:1),溶液pH值4.5-6.0,Cu^2+浓度5。15g/L,电流密度600—1000A/m^2,同极距离80mm,时间3s,温度20℃。在此条件下,获得铜粉的粒度-1μm,经磷化处理后,铜粉能在空气中长期放置。
Influence of electrolyte composition and technology conditions in sulfuric acid solution and ammonia on particle size of electrolyzed copper powder and cell vohage were studied. The reasonable electrolyte conditions were given out which are concentration of sulfuric acid was 80g/L, ammonia was 93 - 136mL/L ( ratio between ammonia and sulfuric acid was 1.7:1 ), pH value of solution was 4. 5 - 6. 0, concentration of Cu^2+ was 5 - 15g/L, current density was 600 - 1000A/m^2, distance between the same kind of polar was 80mm, time was 3 second, temperature was 20℃. On those conditions the obtained particle size of copper powder was about 1 μm, after phosphate treat- ment copper powder can be deposited for long time.
