摘要 阐述了吸引教育的本质及其对临床护理带教的启示。提出吸引教育强调通过教育者有意识的、积极的教育行为来激发学习者的潜力。临床护理教学应借鉴吸引教育,通过临床护理教师良好的个人、专业和教学吸引行为来增强学生的实习效果。
