摘要
目的:研究四逆汤对实验性大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:分别采用垂体后叶素(pituitrin,PIT)和注射异丙肾上腺素(isoprenaline,ISO)的方法制备大鼠心肌缺血模型,通过观察体表心电图(ECG),测定血清心肌三酶(AST、LDH、CPK),血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与模型对照组比较,四逆汤可明显改善缺血性ECG中ST段偏移的幅度(P<0.05);四逆汤高剂量组可显著降低血清AST、LDH、CPK和MDA的活性,同时可提高血清SOD的活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:四逆汤对实验性心肌缺血具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Sini decoction on experimental myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods:The model of acute myocardial ischemia in rats was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline and sublingual venous injection of pituitrin. The changes of ECG, serum activity of creatine phosphokinase (CPK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)were measured. Results: Sini decoction significantly improved the extents of abnormal rising and lowering of ST segment (P〈0.05), decreased the activities of serum CPK, LDL, AST (P〈0.05),and MDA (P 〈0.01), increased the activity of SOD in rats of myocardial ischemia. Conclusion : Sini decoction has a protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia.
