摘要
该文利用荧光光谱分析并结合偏振技术对乙醚水溶液荧光光谱的偏振特性进行了研究。实验结果表明:乙醚水溶液对波长为256 nm的偏振紫外光有强烈吸收作用,并发射峰值位于304 nm的偏振荧光。激励光的偏振性对溶液的吸收光谱的峰位和吸收强度均产生了影响;同时,荧光的偏振度相对激发光发生变化。经理论分析得到了描述荧光偏振态的斯托克斯矢量,证明了乙醚水溶液所发射的荧光为部分偏振光,并计算其偏振度为0.544。
The fluorescence polarization characteristic of ether-water solution is studied by the fluorescence analysis and polarization technology. The experimental results show that the ether-water solution absorbs the polarization incident light at 256 nm and emits the polarization fluorescence at 304 nm. The polarization characteristic of incident light influences the peak' s location and intensity of excitation spectrum. The fluorescence polarization state relatively to the one of the incident light is changed. The Stokes vectors of the fluorescence polarization condition were obtained from theoretical analysis. The polarization condition is testified to he a partial polarized light, whose polarization degree is 0. 544.
