摘要
以某打桩船为研究对象,建立了桩架与其支撑结构的有限元模型,并对其在打桩和起重等4种工况状态下的结构强度进行有限元分析,绘制成应力曲线、起重特性曲线,结果表明该打桩船桩架结构设计合理,其应力满足中国船级社入级要求,桩架底部的象鼻等支撑结构也具有足够的强度.
It takes a pile driving barge as subject investigated, and then a finite element model is built. The structure strength is done by the finite element, protract stress curve and lifting curve under 4 work conditions such aspiring and lifting etc. The calculation results indicate that the design for pile holder structure is justified and the stress satisfies the requirement of classification conditions of CCS, as well as the braced structure of the pile holder.
