打桩船桩架载荷的模拟与结构加固 被引量:4

摘要 为计算某打桩船的桩架在各种载荷工况下的强度以及可能的加固方案,依据相应的船检规范,根据桩架设计图中给出的结构参数,利用ANSYS软件建立了整个桩架的有限元分析模型。由桩架运行工况条件,计算得出桩架各部位的应力分布以及最大应力发生的部位,并对需要加强的部位进行了加固方案的计算。在此基础上,进一步对主桩架结构包括支柱、顶架平台、支座等进行了强度校核验算,并对桩架的运行安全提出了建议。 To calculate the strength and obtain the possible reinforced layout of the pile driving frame of a certain piling barge under various load conditions, a finite element model of the whole pile driving frame is established according to the criterion in the relevant regulation with the operation condition and the structural parameters given in the original design of the pile driving frame. The distribution of the stress and the position where the maximum stress occurs are determined. For the position to be strengthened, the reinforcement scheme is considered. The main structures with strength checking include the stanchion, the upper platform and the base seat. The suggestions about the safety of the pile driving frame are put forward.
