摘要
着重介绍了采用内镀法制造金刚石铰刀的工艺方法,包括胎具的设计和制造、电镀工艺、脱模方法及后处理工艺。从全局出发,通过合理选材、结构设计、恰当工艺进行胎具的设计和制造,以解决内镀工艺中所遇到的各种问题。
Manufacturing process of inside - holding electroplating reamer is presented in this paper. By reasonably material selected and structure designing and process techniques, we have settled all problems in the course of reamer manufacturing process.
