摘要
检测了５０例头颈部肿瘤患者和３１例健康成人血清Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ水平，结果显示：头颈部肿瘤患者血清Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），尤其是颅内肿瘤患者血清Ｆｅ升高极其显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。放射治疗后肿瘤缩小，Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ水平均无显著变化。提示：头颈部肿瘤患者血清Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ异常升高，但尚不能作为预测疗效的观察指标。
The level of Cu Zn and Fe in the serum were detected in 50 patients with carcinoma of head and neck and 31 normal adults.The results showed that the serum concentration of Fe and Cu/Zn were increased in the group of patients.The level of Fe concentration was singnificantly higher in the patients with cavcincoma of the in tracranial.The serum Cu,Zn,Fe levels is no sinificant difference between the pre post radiatherapy.The result suggest that the level of Fe,Cu/Zn in the serum is high from patients with carcinoma of head and neck.But it is not importment for treatment and prognosis of patients.
