摘要
比较研究了纳米碳酸钙、乙酸钙、天然石灰石和分析纯碳酸钙在不同煅烧时间、不同煅烧温度下生成石灰的活性度,并对几种纳米碳酸钙在充分煅烧后的石灰活性度进行比较。研究结果表明,乙酸钙和纳米碳酸钙在同等条件下煅烧活性较高,能明显缩短煅烧时间和降低煅烧温度,有利于煤燃烧过程中脱硫和脱氟的进行。
A comparative study on the activity of calcining lime from the nano-CaCO3, the calcium acetate, the natural limestone and the common CaCO3 was conducted, which were calcined at different temperature and different time. What's more, the activity of calcining lime from several kinds of nano-CaCO3 calcined adequately was compared. The results indicated that the calcium acetate and the nano-CaCO3 got the higher activity than the others when experimented at the same condition. They can shorten the calcining time and reduce the calcinations temperature, which was good for the desulphurization and defluorination during coal combustion.
