摘要
提出了采用工业废弃物作为煤燃烧高温脱硫剂和催化促进剂的思路 ,对催化促进脱硫的机理进行试验研究 ,在此基础上提出几种不同配方的脱硫添加剂 ,并进行详细的试验研究 ,最终在 6t/h工业链条炉上取得 50 %左右脱硫率的结果 .
The idea of utlizing industrial wastes as sorbent and promoter for sulfur removal during coal combustion at high temperature was put forward. The mechanism of the desulfurization and catalysis reaction of industrial wastes were studied. Several effective additives for sulfur removal composed of industrial wastes were developed and 50% reduction in SO\-2 emission was achieved in 6?t/h industrial grate furnace.
