摘要
SO2对鲜食葡萄的伤害是渐进性的,且各组织受SO2伤害的情况与其结构及对SO2的敏感性有关。伤害作用起始于膜系统。通过组织解剖观察可见,伤害部位首先表现为细胞壁变性,细胞染色异常,细胞质变性形成颗粒状或絮状物质,从而发生质壁分离现象,并且由于膜系统的破坏,细胞内含物外渗,细胞壁变形呈彼齿状,最终完全变形破碎,导致细胞崩溃死亡。
The injury of sulfur dioxide to table grapes was gradual and the injury state of tissues was related to their structures and the sensitivities to sulfur dioxide. The injury action started with cell membrane system. Through the histological anatomy, the resultsshowed that the cell wall denaturation,abnormal stain,cytoplasm denaturation formingthe granular and wadding substance were firstly appeared in the injuried parts,and madethe cell plasmolysed. Because of the damage of membrane system,intracytoplasmic substance spilled from the cell and the cell wall become wavelike,at last,the cells were outof shape and broke into pieces completely,which made them collapsed and necrosed.
