摘要
通过对夹竹桃进行不同浓度(8.5、25.7和51.5mg/m3)SO2熏气处理后体内过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素(Chl)的变化测定,结果表明,随着SO2胁迫浓度的增大,夹竹桃的MDA含量增大,叶绿素含量下降,特别是SOD急剧下降;在8.5、25.7mg/m3下夹竹桃的POD呈现幅度较大的上升趋势,而51.5 mg/m3下的POD含量出现下降趋势。
Experiment was undertaken on different'concentration treatment (8.5mg/m^3, 25.7 mg/m^3, 51.5mg/m^3) by sulfur dioxide on Nerium indicum. Determination on peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), chlorophyll (Chl) showed that MDA content increased, chlorophyll content decreased, especially SOD content with the increase of the concentration of sulfur dioxide. Under the stress of 8.5 and 25.7mg/m^3, POD activity increased evidently but under the treatment of 51.5mg/m^3, dropped.
