摘要
为探讨样品粉碎粒度对饲粮NDF和ADF测定值的影响,将肉羊全混合饲粮碾磨过2mm筛而1mm筛上物分别为80%(1组)、40%(2组),过1mm筛而0.5mm筛上物分别为80%(3组)、40%(4组)、0%(5组),共5种粒度,用自制200目和400目尼龙滤袋测定ADF和NDF的含量。结果表明:用200目尼龙滤袋测定的ADF的含量,1组显著高于3、4、5组,2、3组显著高于4、5组(P<0.05);而用400目尼龙滤袋测定的结果,1、2、3组显著高于5组,2组显著高于4组(P<0.05);用两种尼龙滤袋测定的ADF值,随饲粮样品粉碎粒径的变小而降低。用200尼龙滤袋测定的NDF含量,1组显著高于2、3、4、5组,2组显著低于3、4、5组(P<0.05);用400目尼龙滤袋测定的结果中,1、3、4组显著高于2、5组;用两种尼龙滤袋测定的NDF值,除了2组外,有随饲粮样品粉碎粒径的变小而降低的趋势。饲粮样品的粉碎粒度对用尼龙滤袋法测定的ADF和NDF的结果存在明显影响,样品粒径越小,ADF和NDF的测定值就越低。
The aim of this experiment was to research the effect of grinding particle size of ration sample on ADF and NDF contents. Total mixed ration of mutton sheep was ground and sieved into 5 types of sample., particle that passed through a 2-mm-mesh sieve, but not a 1-mm-mesh 80% (Group 1), 40% (Group 2); particle that passed through a 1-mm-mesh sieve, but not a 0. 5-mm-mesh 80% (Group 3), 40% (Group 4), 0% (Group 5). ADF and NDF Contents were determined with 200-screen-mesh and 400-screen-mesh nylon filter bag. ADF content using 200-screen-mesh nylon filter bag of group 1 was signifeantly higher than. the values of group 3, 4 and 5, the values of goup 2 and 3 were signifeantly higher than those of group 4 and 5 (P〈0.05); ADF contents using 400-screen-mesh nylon filter bag of group 1, 2 and 3 were signif-cantly higher than that of group 5, the value of goup 2 was signifeantly higher than that of group 4(P〈0.05); ADF contents using the two types of filter bag decreased with decrease of grinding particle size. NDF content using 200-screen-mesh nylon filter bag of group 1 was signifeantly higher than the values of group 2, 3, 4 and 5, the value of goup 2 was signifeantly lower than that of group 3, 4 and 5 (P〈0.05); NDF contents using 400-screen-mesh nylon filter bag of group 1, 3 and 4 were signifeantly higher than those of group 2, 5(P〈0. 05); NDF contents using the two types of filter bag, exept group 2, decreased with decrease of grinding particle size. Grinding particle size of ration sample had significantly effect on ADF and NDF content using nylon filter bag teehninue; the values decreased with decrease of grinding particle size.
