摘要 饲料原料粉碎是饲料生产过程中的一个重要环节,在猪饲料生产中,饲料原料粉碎粒径大小对饲料生产加工过程;猪对饲料养分的消化利用及猪的生长性能都会产生重要影响。综述了粉碎粒径的测量、粒径对能量和养分消化吸收率及猪生长性能的影响,粉碎粒径对猪溃疡及对饲料生产加工过程中饲料流动性的影响,以便于在粉碎加工过程中能够借鉴应用。 Grinding process is an important step in process of feed production,and the particle size has a great influence on energy and nutrient digestibility and growth performance of pigs. We reviewed the effect of particle size measurement and parti- cle size on energy,nutrient digestibility and growth performance of pigs, and the effect of particle size on pig ulcer and feed flowahility in feed production process, in order to provide some reference for grinding process.
