摘要
本文采用CBA小鼠甲状腺球蛋白(TG)与福氏完全佐剂(CFA)联合免疫同源小鼠,诱导小鼠实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)动物模型。结果表明,KAT模型组小鼠血清中自身抗体(TGAb)水平较对照组小鼠有明星升高,且其甲状腺组织有明显清理改变。该研究将为进一步研究自身免疫性甲状腺炎的致病机理奠定基础。
In this paper, the mixture of mouse thyroglobulin (TG) and complete Freund adjuvant (CFA)was injected into hypodermic of the mouse hind footpad and back in order to iaduce experimentalautoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) in mice. The result revealed that tke level of TGAb iu tke EAT modelgroup was higher than that in the control group, tke patkological change of tke thytoid gland,wasobserved in EAT model group. It provides a useful tool for autoimmune thyroiditis redsearch.
