摘要
Graves病又称弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢);甲状腺相关眼病又称甲亢眼病,是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的眼部表现。在口服药物治疗甲亢及其相关眼病的基础上,使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、生长抑素类似物和无水乙醇等药物,采用经皮甲状腺局部注射治疗的方法,具有尽快控制症状、缩短服药时间、预防甲亢复发、避免全身不良反应的优点。本文就近年来在甲状腺局部注射药物方面的研究进行综述。
Graves＇ disease is also called diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism. Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is also called Graves＇ ophthalmopathy. It is the ocular manifestation of an autoimmune thyroid disease. Based on oral drug, topical intrathyroid injectionsof glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, somatostatin analogs and ethanol were used in the treatment of Graves＇ disease. This method has many advantages, such as controlling symptoms fast, shortening duration of medication, preventing recurrence and avoiding systemic side effects. Advances in research on intra-thyroid injections are reviewed in this paper.
