新鲜生物质热解气化半焦特性的FTIR研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了更全面地研究新鲜生物质的热解气化过程,对二种新鲜生物质不同热解气化条件下的半焦特性进行了研究。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT IR)法分别考察了温度和水分对生物质热解气化半焦特性的影响。结果表明,生物质在200℃热解后各种基团量增大,此后随着热解温度的升高各基团呈逐渐减小的趋势;水分的存在有利于-OH、C=O基团脱落或转化。 Pyrolysis gasification semicoke charateristics of two kinds of fresh biomass were studied in order to better investigate the pyrolysis gasification mechanism of fresh biomass. The influence of temper-ature and moisture on charateristics of pyrolysis gasification semicoke was investigated by Fourier trans-form infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The result showed that content of radical groups increased during pyrolysis of biomass at 200℃, and then with further increase of temperature content of radical groups gradually decreased; moisture accelerated dropout or conversion of radical groups -OH and C=O.
