摘要
东北地区农业发展有土地和生物资源丰富、农业科技水平高、农业生态环境好等优势条件,但阻碍农业发展的限制性因素日渐突出。为此,优化区域生态系统、整合资源优势、实现产业化经营和制定灵活的土地政策是寻求东北地区农业现代化的路径选择。
The agricultural development in the Northeast has many advantages such as rich earth and biological source, advanced scientific level etc., but the disadvantages have become more obvious. So integrating sources, realizing agricultural industry and making flexible earth policy are the modernization choice in the Northeast.
