摘要
[目的]观察康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗尿毒症并上消化道出血的疗效。[方法]胃镜检查确诊为尿毒症并上消化道出血45例患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例,口服康复新液10 ml,每日3次;奥美拉唑40 mg,每日1次静脉滴注。对照组20例,奥美拉唑40 mg,每日1次静脉滴注,疗程均为5 d。治疗期间记录出血停止时间。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为65.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药期间,无不良反应,均有良好的耐受性。[结论]康复新液联合奥美拉唑可有效治疗尿毒症并上消化道出血。
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with omeprazole on uremia accompanied with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. [Methods]Fortyfive patients with uremia accompanied with upper gastrointestinal bleeding by gastroendoscopy were randomly divided into the study group （n=25）and the control group （n= 20）. Patients in the study group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid orally, 10ml tid and intravenous omeprazole 40mg qd. Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous omeprazole 40mg qd. The course of treatment was 5 days. In the course of treatment, the time of hemostasis were recorded. [Results]The total effective rates in controlling bleeding was 96. 0% in the study group, while 65.0% in control group. The differences were significant （P〈0. 05）. The frequency of ad- verse events were few in both groups, and patients had well tolerability. [Conclusion ]Kangfuxin Liquid combined with omeprazole is effective for treating uremia accompanied with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
