摘要
产融结合对推动体制变革、资本结构的优化配置是必要和有效的,但对产融结合过程中的整合、内部交易、法律等风险必须充分认识。为了使我国的产融结合更好地发展,必须制定相关支持政策及法律法规,并对其进行有效的监管。
Combining industry with finance is necessary and effective for promoting structural reform and optimizing distribution of capital structure. However, the risk that happens in the course of reorganization, internal trade and law must be fully understood. In order to make the combination of industry with finance in our country still better develop, it is necessary to formulate concerned policy and legal rules and effectively supervise and manage them.
