摘要
本文构建出了包含中国制造业企业的资源与能力、中国制造业企业与跨国公司合作伙伴之间的关系以及合作治理的结构特征3个层面的整合模型,提出了相应理论假设,并以中国制造业企业为样本进行问卷调研和统计分析。实证结果表明,中国制造业企业的组织吸收能力、组织沟通能力跨国公司的资源互补性,中国制造业企业与跨国公司合作伙伴之间的目标一致性、信任水平、承诺水平,以及合作治理结构的正式化程度、集权化程度和复杂化程度对合作战略绩效具有显著影响。
In order to analyze the factors that affect the cooperation strategic performance of Chinese manufacturing companies (CMCs) with multinational companies (MNCs), this paper developed a three-level framework including the resource/capacity of CMCs, the cooperation relationship of CMCs with MNCs and the structural characters of this cooperation government. Based on this framework, related hypotheses were proposed and tesed by sampling the CMCs and analyzing the data. In the empirical study, we have found the following factors have distinct influence on the cooperation performance of CMCs with MNCs: the absorptive capacity/communucation capacity of CMCs, the resource complementarity/target coherency/trust/commitment of CMCs with MNC partners, and the formalization/centralization/complication of the cooperation governcing structure.
