摘要
公共图书馆建设包括文化建设与社会建设两个方面。目前,公共图书馆建设从文化建设向社会建设拓展是社会进步的必然选择,也是图书馆学理论发展的必然选择。这种拓展的最终目标是使文化建设与社会建设的平衡协调发展,实现普遍均等、惠及全民的图书馆建设目标。
Public library construction includes cultural construction and social construction. Currently, expanding the library construction from the cultural construction to social construction is the inevitable choice of social progress and library science theory development. The ultimate goal of this change is to make social construction and cultural construction balance and co-ordinate development, and to achieve universal equal to benefit all the people.
