摘要
以住宅全生命周期的能耗作为分析对象,把能耗划分为全生命周期物化能和运行能两部分,从理论上探讨了物化能和运行能两者之间的关系,分析了生态住宅合理的生命周期,并通过国内外住宅能耗统计数据库的比较,提出了我国建立住宅全生命周期能耗统计数据库的必要性和数据库的主要数据类型。
Comparative to the research on traditional energy consumption of a residential building, the life cycle energy consumption is introduced and regarded as the analyzing object in this paper. Then the energy consumption is divided into life cycle embodied energy and operational energy, and the theoretical relation between them has been analyzed. A reasonable life cycle of an ecological residential building is also involved. Through the comparison about energy consumption statistics database of residential building between China and some developed countries, the necessity of establishing China energy consumption statistics database of entire life cycle energy consumption about residential building and its main data types are brought up.
