办好高校校报离不开一支强有力的学生记者队伍,这既是办好校报的重要条件,也是培养人才的需要。结合工作实际介绍了高校校报学生记者队伍选拔、培养和日常管理等方面的体会。
It is extremely important to cultivate a powerful student repoters union for running a qualified colldge newspaper. The union is not only the information source of the college newspaper hut also the necessary of cultivating talent for the university. The paper has introduced the practical experinces such as selection, cultivtion and regular management about the student reporters union in coUge newspaper.
