摘要
信息化背景下高校宣传工作面临多种挑战,新媒体冲击力度很大,传统的学生记者队伍已经难以满足新时期宣传的需求.组建一支新型学生记者队伍,适应当前信息化趋势,已经刻不容缓.本文从选拔机制、组织架构调整与制度建设和学生记者业务培养方面,从实践经验出发,对高校学生记者队伍建设与培养进行阐述与总结,取得了一定的成效,做出了一些新探索.
In the context of information technology, college propaganda work faces many challenges, and the impact of new media efforts is large, traditional student reporter team has been difficult to meet the needs of the new era propaganda.
