摘要
领导者的自我管理,就是指领导者对自己本身,对自己的目标、思想、心理和行为等进行的管理,最终实现自我奋斗目标的一个过程。自我管理是实现领导行为的前提,并且贯穿整个领导过程始终。领导者主要从身心管理、思维管理和行为管理三方面构建自我管理的内容。
A leader＇s self - management is the process in which the leader manages his own affairs, his objectives, his thinking, his psychological state and his behavior and ultimately achieves his own objectives of struggle. The ability to conduct self-management is a prerequisite condition for leadership and it stays through the whole process of leadership. Leader＇ s self - management should include body and mind management, thinking and thought management and behavior management.
