摘要
新闻传播是社会大系统中的一个领域,它和其它社会系统之间,以及传播领域中各部类之间都有丰富复杂的联系,体现着新闻传播特有的运行规律。我们在建设和谐社会的过程中,必须要从宏观上把握媒体运行规律,才能更娴熟地驾驭媒体,使媒体更好地服务于社会。媒体的基本运行规律有:传媒事业的基本面貌是由经济基础决定的;传媒的管理制度必须要和经济基础相适应;传媒发展必然会促进公民社会的成长与成熟;扩大媒体报道空间是提升媒体公信力的前提;世界的普遍联系要求中国媒体积极走向国际舞台。
The information communication is a territory in the social big system, there are rich and complicated connections between it and other social systems and every part in the field of media. These connections reflect the peculiar law of what media works. In building harmonious society we can control media and serve society well only when we grasp the law of what media works. The basic law of what media work includes the features of media are decided by economic base, the system of management of media must adjust to the economic base, the development of media must help the society grow and mature, the premise of promoting the public trust lies in enlarging the coverage space of media. That the world is universal needs Chinese media to walk to the international stage.
