Objective To investigate the impact of low pressure and hypoxia to human organs and how long the organic changes on uhrasonography will recover after they return to flatland. Methods The liver, spleen and kidney in 13 healthy young men were examined with uhrasonography when they live in flatland(1400m), entered the highland (5200m), five months and one year after they returned to flatland (1400m). Results The uhrasonography features of the liver, spleen and kidney of the 13 young people were statistical different from those before they immigrated to highland for one year (P〈0.05). Conclusion It will take about five months for uhrasonography features of the liver, spleen and kidney in young persons immigrated to highland over one year to completely recover after they return to flatland.
