摘要
参考咨询如今已经成为图书馆信息服务的中心工作。从网络环境下参考咨询工作的特点出发,就贵州民族学院图书馆参考咨询工作的现状进行分析,在参考信息源的建设、参考咨询机构和人员配置、参考服务方式的拓展、参考咨询评价等方面提出了若干建议。
This paper studies the references and consultation work in the library of Guizhou University for Nationalities. It assumes that they should be improved under the present circumstances, and proposes some measures for improvement in information sources, agency, staff, service manners and evaluations.
