摘要
目前高校人事制度并不十分理想,还存在弊端,因此改革至关重要。分析了我国高校人事管理的现状,并对如何建立合理完善的人事制度提出了具体的一些改革措施。
The existing HR system in high schools has its disadvantages and hence needs reformation. This paper expounds the present status of HR management of high schools and then puts forward some detailed measures on how to make the management more reasonable and humane.
