濮城油田一矿注水系统腐蚀影响因素及机理研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用电子探针、X-射线衍射、腐蚀失重和极化电阻等分析测试法,对采油一矿注水系统的腐蚀原因、影响因素及机理进行了研究。认为注水系统的腐蚀主要由注入水中的游离CO2和高矿化度所致,而CO2是其腐蚀的决定因素。其主要腐蚀机理是游离CO2与注入水作用形成H2CO3导致注入水pH值下降,H+含量上升,氢的去极化作用增强,注入水腐蚀性上升。试验还发现,温度在50~90℃的范围内,CO2腐蚀产物对腐蚀无抑制作用。 Using analysis-test method of electron-probe, X ray diffraction,corrosion weightlessness and polarization electrical resistance ete, the authors studies the corrosion cause,affecting elements and mechanism of the waterflood system at the 1st production team. The authors consider that the main reason to corrosion of waterflood system results in the free CO2 in injected water and high mineralization and the CO2 is the decisive factor. the corrosion mechanism is that free CO2 acts with injected water forming H2CO3 and leading to the pH value decrease,H+ content increase,depolarization of H Strengthening,therefere,the corrosiveness of injected water rising. Test also discovered that when water temperature in 50°~90°C range, CO2 corrosion product has no inhibition action to corrosion.
