摘要
建立焦炭塔系统模型,并对其仿真分析,找到焦炭塔系统在高压切焦水作用下的响应曲线。使用频谱和功率谱分析方法,通过样本信息的学习,建立焦炭除净程度和谱线特征参数之间的映射关系。实验结果表明,该检测技术可以有效地检测除焦状态。
This paper is to establish system model of coke drum,make its simulation analysis and get the response curve of the coke drum system in the high pressure water cutting.The mapping relationship between net level of coke and spectral line characteristic parameters is established by using frequency spectrum and power spectrum analyses after learning the sample information.The experimental results show that the detection technology is valid to detect the status of the decoking.
