摘要
目的以腺样囊性癌肺高转移细胞株(adenoid cystic carcinoma cell clones highly me-tastatic to the lung,ACC-M)为研究对象,探讨ABCG2在ACC-M的表达情况及意义,为今后分离ACC-M的肿瘤干细胞提供一定的实验依据及理论数据。方法用流式细胞计数检测ABCG2在ACC-M的表达情况。结果流式检测显示ABCG2的表达率为8.64%±0.68。结论ACC-M细胞也象多数实体瘤一样含有SP细胞。在后续的研究中,可考虑利用SP细胞的特异性表型标记"AB-CG2",将SP细胞从肿瘤中分离出来,进一步探讨肿瘤干细胞的生物学特性。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ABCG2 in adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line(ACRE-M), and to lay experimental basis for further isolating the tumor stem cells. Methods ACC-M tumor cells are detected and analysed the expression of surface antigens ABCG2 by flow cytometry. Results The expression rate of ABCG2 in cell surface of ACC-M isS. 64%±0. 68 by flow cytometry measuring. Conclusion The ACC-M cells also contain SP cells, as some cancer cells. In future studies, the phenotype “ABCG2” which labeled SP cells will be considered to be a specific marker to isolate SP cells from the tumor cells. Through the research of SP cells, we will further explore the biological characteristics of tumor stem cells.
