GD—DTPA增强MRI在脑转移瘤诊断中的价值

摘要 目的评价GD-DTPA增强MRI在脑转移瘤诊断中的价值。方法搜集97例脑转移瘤患者,对比分析常规T_1WI、T_2WI、FLAIR及T1WI增强扫描在检出病灶数目和明确瘤灶边界的敏感性。结果对脑转移瘤的检出以及明确其边界的敏感性,T1WI增强扫描明显高于FLAIR、T_2WI及T_1WI,经统计学分析有明显显著性意义(P<0.01),FLAIR较T_2WI有显著性差异(P<0.05),而T_1WI平扫与T_2WI无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论T_1WI增强扫描的应用明显提高了脑转移瘤的检出率,尤其是对于无水肿的隐匿性病灶诊断意义更大,可作为常规脑转移瘤检查的补充序列。 Objective: To evaluate diagnostic value of the GD-DTPA enhance MRI scan on cerebral metastases. Methods: The following was analyzed: the sensitivity of routine Tl-weighted images, T2-weighted images, FLAIR images and contrast-enhanced Tl-weighted in demonstrating the cerebral metastases and their boundaries in 97 patients. Results: Contrast-enhanced Tl-weighted imaging was proved to be the most sensitive in demonstrating the numbers and boundaries of the cerebral metastases among the scanning techniques. FLAIR images were more sensitive than routine T2-weighted images in demonstrating the numbers and boundaries of the cerebral metastases. The difference was significant between routine T1-weighted images and T2-weighted images. Conclusion: GD-DTPA enhance MRI scan can highly rise metastases check rate, especially on diagnosis of nodropsy metastasis cancer. Contrast-enhanced T1- weighted imaging may be regarded as an useful complementary technique to the conventional imaging sequences.
