摘要 本文从理论与实证研究两部分对流畅体验进行介绍与评述。梳理了流畅体验概念的发展渊源、研究模型、研究方法以及流畅体验在竞技体育及其他领域的实证研究,并提出了现有研究的局限和建议。 This paper introduces the idea of flow experience, and comments on it from both the theoretical and practical aspects. The origin, model research, and research method of this idea are progressively discussed. The paper also involves the practical researches of flow experience in athletic sports and some other fields. Focusing on these researches, the paper discusses the limitation of the current researches and brings forward the future prospects.
